Audio Recordings

These recordings may contain Personal Data and are used to create a voice model capable of producing synthetic audio resembling your voice. You have the option to utilize your voice model to generate synthetic audio that mimics your voice.

If you opt to make your voice model accessible in the Voice Library, other users will have the ability to generate synthetic audio resembling your voice. We will also produce a sample synthetic audio for other users to preview how the voice will sound. Additionally, we may request further audio recordings from you to verify the authenticity of the voice featured in the provided audio recordings.

Profile Information

Upon signing up for our Services, you have the option to specify your intended use of the Services (e.g., professional use). If you choose to share your voice model with other users in the Voice Library, you can provide additional profile information, including your name, bio/description, social media usernames and corresponding links, and characteristics of your voice. This profile information will be visible to other users of our services.

Communications

When you reach out to us directly or express interest in utilizing our services, we collect Personal Data such as your name, email address, message contents, attachments, and any other information you choose to share. Additionally, if you subscribe to our newsletter, we gather Personal Data such as your name and email address. To enhance customer experience and improve our Services, we may track email opens.

Payment Details

If you register for any of our paid Services or elect to receive payment by sharing your voice model with other users, our third-party payment processor, Stripe, handles the collection and processing of your payment-related information. This may include your name, email address, billing address, credit/debit card details, banking information, or other financial data. When you provide us with recordings of your voice, our proprietary AI-based technologies analyze various speech characteristics to create a unique voice model that captures the nuances of your vocal traits. It's important to note that depending on your location, applicable laws may classify your voice model, along with any synthetic audio generated from it, as a biometric identifier or biometric information.
